The Clinical Research on Jinlong Pill Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

Object:To evaluate clinical effect of Jinlong pill for treating rheumatoid arthritis(liver and kidney deficiency、phlegm and blood stasis resistance)by observing patients with rheumatoid arthritis the clinical symptoms,signs and indicators of changes in the laboratory before and after treatment.Methods:To chose the coincident diagnostic criteria patients with rheumatoid arthritis(liver and kidney deficiency、phlegm and blood stasis resistance)60 cases,adopting a random number table way,they were divided into Jinlong pill treatment group(treatment group,30 cases)and Azathioprine tablets control group(control group,30 cases),we observed two groups patients with rheumatoid arthritis the changes of the clinical symptoms and signs and indicators of changes in the laboratory before and after treatment.Results:(1)In the two groups after treatmen,joint pain、swelling、Chen Jiang and other major symptoms and signs of improvement comparing with this group before treatment had statistical significant.In the treatment group after treatment,joint pain、pain index、the number of joint swelling、swelling index、the number of jointtenderness、tenderness index and Chen Jiang time of improvement comparing with the control group had statistical significant.(2)In the two groups after treatment,ESR、CRP、RF、IgG、IgA、IgM、T-lymphocyte subsets、IL-1 and TNF-αlevel of improvement comparing with them before treatment had statistical significant,and in the treatment group after treatment indicators of changes in the laboratory of improvement is better than those in the control group,they had statistical significant.Conclusion:(1)liver and kidney deficiency、phlegm and blood stasis resistance is one of the basic diseases of rheumatoid arthritis incidence, helping liver and kidney、promoting blood circulation Xiaotan and finding wind Tongluo is one of the basic treatment methods of rheumatoid arthritis. (2)Jinlong pill can significantly improve the RA patients' clinical effect and syndrome effect integral,in easing joint pain number、pain index、joint tenderness number、tenderness index、joint swelling number、swelling index and Chen Jiang time etc,treatment group is superior to control group.(3)Jinlong pill treat the possible mechanisms of rheumatoid arthritis:①anti-inflammatory analgesic,to reduce clinical symptoms;②To reduce serum immunoglobulin IgA、IgG and IgM level,regulate T-lymphocyte subsets,coordinate Th1/Th2 balance,and inhibit the exuberant humoral immune;③To decrease Th and Th/Ts level,regulate T-lymphocyte subsets, coordinate the balance between Th1/Th2.④To reduce the cytokines IL-1、TNF-a secretion and the stimulation to cartilage and synovial organization, so as to decrease the symptom of arthritis and cartilage damage.
