Study on MR Spectroscopy Quantification of Brain Metabolites Method

The technique of Magnetic resonance spectroscopy is superiority to any other conventionaltechniques of magnetic resonance image for clinical diagnoses of neural diseases. As we known,some of the chemical or gene diseases are related with the metabolites in the brain. Magneticresonance spectroscopy is able to detect and measure the markers of nerve cell and astrocytewhich is related the energy metabolism directly and non-traumaticly. Therefore this technique isgradually broad application for diagnosing and prevention the neural diseases. The reasons fordifficult facture the brain metabolite quantitative model which bases on 1H-MRS is that themodel is influenced by many factors, such as the number of metabolites, complexity of spectra,low signal to noise, high water peak and overlap of the signals of different metabolites. Now, theinternational MRS scientists are paying attention to the subject, and seeking suitable methods toresolve these problems.My research aim is based on the quantificational arithmetic of prior knowledge aboutmetabolite spectroscope. This paper studied quantificational method of metabolite about priorknowledge based on the current means of nuclear magnetic sign, by nuclear magnetic physics,the chemical character of metabolite, the sign disposal and so on. The separate and quantify of allkinds of 1H MRS metabolite combining with QUEST were obtained. The method of quantitativedetection the concentration of in vivo brain metabolite was advanced. Eleven kinds ofspectroscope prior knowledge on main metabolite by combining MRUI(Magnetic ResonanceUser Interface)with SCOPE simulate. Compared with academic value, the concentration of mainmetabolite basically matched with academic value. Then this method offered new path for themechanism of a disease, forecast, diagnose of neurotic retiring disease and the evaluation ofremedial effect, at the same time, this paper offered theoretic gist for inaugurating a new methodabout treating brain neuropathic disease, the results about this paper is very high value.
