Study on Public Relation Countermeasures of Doctor-Patient Dispute

The number of doctor-patient dispute is increasing year by year,and doctor-patient relationship also becomes disharmony.There are many disadvantages in measures of doctor-patient dispute now.The author wants to supply public relation to solve the doctor-patient dispute through this paper,and hopes to find a better way to satisfy the requirements for both doctors and patients.Full-texts have six parts.The study background,study methods,study purpose and study meaning are in the first part.The second part contains the present situation of doctor-patient dispute,the reasons of doctor-patient dispute,the measures of doctor-patient dispute and the problems of the measures.Part four is describing the theoretical basis of public relation.Explaining the cases of doctor-patient dispute in public relation and getting the conclusions of effective measures of doctor-patient dispute for hospital are in part five.The sixth part is a conclusion.
