Study on the Improvement Approach to Hospital Management System Based on Criteria for Performance Excellence

At present health reforms are at a critical period. All levels of hospitals are confronted with unprecedented opportunity and challenge, especially the small and medium hospitals in the centre area faced with more pressure and difficulty. Therefore how to choose proper management patterns and how to serve best are the key problem to the all hospitals. On the basis in investigation and analysis, under the frame of criterion in Criteria for Performance Excellence, with the performance excellence process analysis and the demonstration to quantitative analysis study, my paper put forward the new thought and method and form entire solution , especially for the hospital management system of Xin zhou central hospital of Shanxi Province. Hope that it can play profits from the role and ultimately help Xin zhou central hospital stiffens in the competition.The contribution of my thesis is tend to help to perfect the hospital management system and improve the overall validity and ability ,foster the highly effective medical team, radically improve medical service quality to solve the problem to see a doctor with expensive price and difficult appointment. Hospital administrative improvement system in the thesis remains to be confirmed in practice. By constantly supplement and adjustment, mature and perfect system can play a guiding role to the hospital.
