Totally there are five parts involved in this study:In the first part, the theoretic study on the related concepts of postgraduates' education quality has been made. Through comparison, analysis and induction, the related concepts such as teaching estimation, quality, teaching quality and education quality of postgraduates have been analyzed and defined, and the connotation of the quality estimation index system of postgraduates has been explained, which implied that this study was a microcosmic study on the education quality of postgraduates. In the second part, the target of the education of research-oriented postgraduates in military medical college has been determined. According to the related concepts discussed in the first part, it is well known that the first step to estimate postgraduates' education quality is to nail down the education target of postgraduates. After the definition of the related concepts and the determination of the education target, this part analyzed the current situation of the postgraduates' education quality in our country and the education quality estimation both in China and other countries. And reflection on the construction of the quality estimation index system of the research-oriented postgraduates in military medical college has been made as well.In the fourth part, the quality estimation index system of the research-oriented postgraduates in military medical college has been constructed. With the employment of material investigation, document analysis, comparison research and expert interview, this part put forward the quality estimation index system of the research-oriented postgraduates in military medical college. After consulting the experts with this system and the concept of postgraduates' education quality through Delphi approach, we have determined all levels of estimation index, estimation criteria and ratio of index. In the fifth part, the ratio of index in this system has been determined. Through strata analysis, the ratios of index at all levels have been calculated and then the related quotieties have been determined. In addition, the estimation methods system has been discussed.Discussion is involved in the sixth part. The credibility and effectiveness of the estimation index system, the difficulties and notation of this study, and further development and research have been discussed in this part.
