Construction of CME Project Evaluating Target System in Xinjiang

Objective Through studying of huge CME documents and relevant papers of Public Health Department, to establish and consummate CME project evaluating target system which should have signification, guidance, serviceability and tally with the actual conditions in our region by scientific research method . Method Synthesize such scientific research methods as document analysis, Delphi method and Precedence chart, we proceeded to establish CME project evaluating target system in Xingjiang. We selected the indexes by carrying out twice the Delphi Specialist consultation and give weight of indexes by precedence chart. Result The enthusiasm coefficient of specialists were 94.12%, 93.75%, 100% separately, the degree of specialist authority were higher and the average values were 0.72, 0.77, 0.75 respectively. The coordination coefficient of the specialists'opinion were 0.144, 0.160 and 0.813.The investigation of sensabilityαare 0.6071、0.974、0.986;the result of answering paper is good,which shows that the rate of dedicate is 81.03% of the four factors.An evaluation system that consisted of 3 hierarchies and 47 basic indexes was established in the final. Among them 5 first grade indexes, 13 second grade indexes and 29 third grade indexes. The weight of the first grade indexes, namely project condition, teachers condition, training term, training state and training effect were 0.2767, 0.2033, 0.2833, 0.1200 and 0.1167 respectively. Conclusion The method of establishing CME project evaluating target system is scientific and feasible;Qualifications of the specialists'opinion is good, the number of specialists is suitable and have good concentration,the enthusiasm, authority,unanimous and harmony of specialists are good. The stucture of CME project evaluating target system is clear and reasonable which have good content and harmony. CME project evaluating target system can be used to evaluate CME project in Xinjiang.
